German Medics who have been working at St. Peters Health Centre in Kiboga district have closed the Health Facility over noise from make shift film halls, churches, disco Halls, cars and drunken residents. They say the noise is too much and made it impossible for them to work and sleep.
Attempts by the area RDC to resolve the matter by urging residents to respect constitutional regulations governing noise fell on dead ears as the residents said that they were shocked by the observation of the German Medics and asserted that they can not change their life style.
The German medics closed the Health facility and left the district. Residents immediately kicked off celebrations with dance,drinking and more noise.
